Done with my workout! It's my 3rd day working out and I'm very pleased with my workouts. Yes it hurts, yes I get sore.... it's just a sign for me that I'm working hard. But overall it's making me stronger as the days go by. So soreness, I will be waiting for you tomorrow morning. Fuq, I bet I will have some difficulty putting on my shirt tomorrow. LOL!
Dinner:

the instant oatmeals are awesome I like them too! However anything with the word instant can't be that healthy.... how bout making ur own oatmeal? My mother in law showed me how and its real easy! Plus instead of adding sugar u can add raisins, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, etc...and if u like the maple brown sugar u just add a cinnamon stick and brown sugar to the water and it will taste way better than the instant! Really! Try it. Its not that hard. Well dude just a tip from ur pal ;-)
